Long post here: On 1/22/24 I went into Bickford Ford in Snohomish Washington to look at a 2022 Ford F350 Lariat they had for sale. I bought the truck with no issues being disclosed to me whatsoever.. I had the truck for 8 days and drove it maybe 4 times (I wanted to conserve the mileage on the truck considering I drove the xxxx out of my prior truck). RUN AWAY. Great Price. Everything else has been down hill from there. I purchased a brand new F150 Lightning and was under the impression it was to be shipped to me. Instead, it was driven across state to me adding about 250 miles to my "brand new" truck. The sales representative was helpful during the purchasing process. However, despite all the negotiations, the truck I bought was not properly inspected. - The brake pads were near depletion. - The DEF was down to one bar. - The fuel filter was at only 8%. - There was a significant amount of mold under the seats and seatbelts. - Scratches and multiple areas of peeling paint appeared after a deep cleaning. I went in for an express oil change and inspection since I just recently moved to Snohomish. I was greeted promptly and quickly checked in. The service time was way faster than I expected and the advisor even provided a service timeline so I can game plan my next services and not be surprised. The BEST around! We are seniors and don’t drive much and Bickford has this awesome service whereby they come and pick up your vehicle, take it in and service it to your requirements then bring it back! Amazing. Only took a couple of hours and we got er done. Needed an oil change, new wiper blades, cabin air filter change, tires rotated. They called to let us know how much was left on the brakes and tires and to take our payment. It was even less than quoted! Thanks Bickford for being an innovative dealership.

Service after the sale does not seem to be a priority for any of the Ford dealers I have interacted with.
I drove my 2004 F150 into the dealer. I reported the problem as no reverse, I heard a big pop and then no reverse. I said I looked up the problem and it looks like the reverse band broke and I'll need a transmission. I even asked a price for rebuilt transmission ($8000), they said they will look at it and let me know. I was told they couldn't fix it, a rebuild transmission is not available and they couldn't get the parts, they refered me to a transmission shop. So after they had my truck for 1 week I ...
I took my truck in for a water leak and they said they couldn't find it. I called them about it again about the water leak a couple years later after it had sat out in the weather and was told they don't have technicians that do water leaks. Then why did they tell me that there was no problem when I took it in the first time when they don't have technicians that deal with that. I have bought several trucks from them but never again.

Enjoyed working with Dave Burlison purchasing a used F-150 for our son. We appreciated the dealership replacing brakes and tires and fixing minor leaks as well as detailing it prior to pickup. Pleasantly surprised to drive off with a full tank of gas as well. Great customer service.

This time he helped my buy out my Fusion lease, and when you have fleet needs he's the man to call. People want to do business with people they can trust. Steve is that guy.

I called for more information about some used trucks they had. Erik emailed the window stickers listing all the equipment and options on each truck I was interested in. I went to the dealers a coupe days later to look at the trucks. Erik showed them to me and suggested I take the one I liked home for the weekend to evaluate it. No high pressure sales or tactics. Made it an enjoyable experience.

Sales dep. is good but service department is not very good. It takes a long time to get an appointment, 1 1/2 months plus. And when you deliver your car they don’t call you and let you know when you car might be finished. I had to call them after 4 day and ask them when the car was ready. Another problem is that the service advisor new answer the phone. I always got the answer machine.
Scheduled service was done quickly and completed earlier than scheduled. Do wish they would get back to the basic outside wash on services.

$298.50 is what I was charged to install my glass moonroof. When I ordered the part last month I was quoted a price of $100-$150 for the installation. I would like to know why the price was doubled?

I went there to look at a Ford Explorer right before the dealership was closing for the day. The salesman Russ gave me his card. The price was $29,588.00. . I asked how much wiggle room there was and if they would accept an offer of $28,000. He said I could offer anything I wanted but he could tell me there would not be $1500 worth of wiggle room. Maggie and team in the trailer service center are top notch. When I had a problem with my electric jack, she talked me through some trouble shooting steps that got me back on the road in no time. Then when I came in for my appointment, the team went above and beyond to make sure my 4Star trailer was perfect perfect - bearings packed, brakes serviced, lights replaced, cracked water pump replaced. Service Manager admitted shop was understaffed and so guess that is a reason they are so booked out. Overall service was fine…a little on the expensive side but I’ve never experienced issues or problems there. Would recommend.

Kyle and Nicole (Lube Team) did a fantastic job servicing and inspecting my F150. During the inspection, Nicole found a tire wear issue and then a significant out of balance condition. Though not scheduled, Kyle was able to workin a tire balance that required breaking the tire bead from the rim and repositioning it. They went the extra mile and they did the right thing! Very happy with my purchase sales people are great the sad thing is is the service department is lackluster at best. It'll take over a month to get an appointment and you'll be lucky to get a phone call back or any updates along the way.
My salesperson did a great job helping me with finding a vehicle, test driving and buying it. I felt the vehicle could have been detailed better. In the past when I purchased a ford the dealer had a tech go over all the bells and whistles. This time the salesperson did , he did a good job but I didn’t feel as knowledgeable when it was completed.
